• Service Fee Refund:
  • The service fee paid to PlanMyVisas is refundable only if the visa application is not processed, or the service is canceled within 24 hours of payment.
  • If the application is already submitted to the embassy or visa application center, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
  • PlanMyVisas fee is 100% non- refundable in case of any change in government, embassy rules or any other authority.
  •  PlanMyVisas fee 100% non- refundable if an applicant is unable to attend his/her appointment for document submission at the visa application center or any interview at embassy if being requested.
• Embassy Fee:
  • The embassy fee is paid directly to the embassy and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the embassy rejects the visa application then there is no refund as grant of visa is the sole discretion of the embassy
• Visa Application Centre (VAC) Charges:
  • Any additional charges paid for visa application center services are non-refundable once paid, as they are directly submitted to the VAC.
• Refund Process:
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team, including proof of payment and the reason for the request.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days, depending on the payment method used.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • If you choose to cancel your visa application after payment but before submission, only the service fee (if applicable) may be refunded.
  • Any cancellation or refund request after the embassy or VAC submission will result in no refund.

The client acknowledges and understands that if a refund is possible according to the refund policy, it will be processed within 30 business days after submitting the request. The client must provide a copy of the payment receipt to PlanMyVisas along with any other necessary supporting documents. Failure to include these documents will render the refund request ineligible.
